Scheduling & Access Requirements
To perform services, clients must:
- Provide reasonable access to all ductwork, HVAC equipment, registers, and work areas
- Ensure pets are secured and work areas are clear
- Provide access to utilities (electricity, HVAC system controls, etc.)
Failure to provide access may result in delays, rescheduling, or additional charges.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be disclosed prior to service and may include deposits, progress payments, or payment upon completion, depending on the project.
Failure to remit payment as agreed may result in:
- Suspension of services
- Voidance of warranties
- Collection efforts as permitted by law
Warranties
Warranty coverage for Aeroseal® and Duct Armor® services is governed exclusively by the terms outlined on our Warranty Page.
Warranties apply only when all required conditions are met, including but not limited to:
- Proper duct cleaning
- Adequate curing time
- Normal HVAC operation
- Resolution of water or moisture issues
No other warranties, express or implied, are offered unless explicitly stated in writing.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Disclosing known water, moisture, or structural issues
- Addressing unresolved water intrusion prior to service
- Maintaining proper HVAC operation after service
- Following post-service instructions provided by Duct Restoration Group
Failure to meet these responsibilities may void warranties and limit liability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Duct Restoration Group shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of use, loss of savings, or loss of comfort
- Damage caused by pre-existing conditions
- Structural failures, water intrusion, or system misuse
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
No Guarantees of Results
While our services are designed to improve duct performance, comfort, and efficiency, results are not guaranteed.
Energy savings, air quality improvements, and comfort changes vary by structure, system condition, and usage patterns.
